What does that mean? smartSCHANK matic combines technically sophisticated, coordinated and networkable components for beverage dispensing and cellar equipment. The intelligent modules optimize dispensing, offer fast and smooth workflows. With the smartSCHANK assistant as the basic component, every smartSCHANK module – from the cellar technology to the till connection – can be installed and combined.

One of many advantages: Thanks to the unique credit control, it is possible to tap the drinks without pushing a button, which enormously speeds up the beverage preparation.

Dispensing heads and towers

Planning a drink counter means, first of all, to determine, what kind of drinks (beer, soft drinks, wine, spirits, cocktails) you want to serve and how many kind of taps you wish to be present. Depending on the individual specification you can chose from dispensing heads (wall or base), Pillar columns, flexible MULTI TOWERS or COMBI TOWERS. You can also combine everything with each other.

Dispensing systems from DIRMEIER are available in a wide variety of configurations and combinations. And: It is up to the customer to choose the colours. We supply systems in stainless steel matt or polished or powder coated in the desired colour. In addition, custom-made products are possible.

Our flow meters provide the restaurateur with accurate, cost-effective and hygienic beverage flow measurement. With a grommet, it can be installed in beverage lines (7mm/10mm) quickly and easily.

Keg and tank switcher

smartSCHANK KEGSWITCH is based on several compatible valves. Without interrupting the dispensing operation, a new keg is activated via a signal when the current keg in use is empty. Optionally, a message can be sent to the smartSCHANK assistant.

While using conventional series connections, older beer is often mixed with fresh beer and you risk contamination. This does not happen with the fully automatic KEGSWITCH products, which do not tap the new keg until the keg in use is empty.

The basic versions DUO 7 and DUO 10 yet are based on several compatible valves. Without interrupting serving, a new keg is activated via a signal when the current keg in use is empty. Optionally, the “smartSCHANK assistant” can receive and display messages about empty kegs.

KEGSWITCH ECO 7

KEGSWITCH ECO 7 eliminates annoying waiting periods and let the kegs change automatically. If one keg is empty, ECO 7 taps the next, the fresh one. Empty kegs can be replaced when the staff have less stressful working phase.

KEGSWITCH MULTI

KEGSWITCH MULTI controls up to 900 litres and ensures uninterrupted distribution without having to connect with new kegs. At times of high flow rate, kegs can be connected in parallel.

TANKSWITCH TSC TSI

TANKSWITCH: available with triple- or octuplet-distribution block the system is suitable for Inliner with pressure sensor for void detection or optical void detectors for conventional tanks.

Control piece goods and drinks by the glass

The weighing technology is flexible in design, suitable and capable of being integrated for every kind of installation. It controls piece goods in bottle cabinets and beverage drawers, and is even available as a "stand alone" version.

Particularly valuable bottles such as Champagne can also be secured with a digital padlock (CLIC).

The weighing technology controls piece goods in bottle cabinets and beverage drawers, and is even available as a “stand alone” version.

Üblicherweise eingesetzt wird das CLIC- „Einzelflaschen“-Kontrollsystem für Weinflaschen, Prosecco- oder Champagnerflaschen. Sinn und Zweck: Ausschließlich bonierte Getränkeflaschen sollen über den Tresen gehen. Das CLIC-Flaschenkontrollsystem arbeitet im Grunde wie ein Vorhängeschloss.

The CLIC lock is placed on each bottle and coded for being able to register the bottle in the system. Only FLEX opener can remove the CLIC lock after the bottle has been booked and the lock has been released by the system.

Wine and spirits control

With the ring system, spirits and wines are served in portions. No more losses while dispensing drinks. The ring system is available as a surface fixed unit (single-handed tapping) or as a hand-held with an activator ring.

Up to eight different types of spirits can be served and booked with the spirits gun. It is suitable for any type of restaurant, but especially for discos or high-traffic bars.

Basically, it’s about two things: each guest must be served the exact amount, and nothing should be wasted. With the ring system, spirits and wines are served in portions. The ring system is available as a surface fixed unit (single-handed tapping) or as a hand-held with an activator ring.

The spirits gun is perfectly suited for the pouring of the spirits which are ordered most frequently. Up to 8 different products can be dispensed with the gun.

Mit dem smartSCHANK MaxCleaner setzen Sie eine einzigartige Kombination aus Spülung, Lauge und CO2-Druckstoß-Reinigung ein, was zu höchsten Reinigungsergebnissen führt. Das generelle Trennen von Getränk, Frischwasser und Lauge gibt die notwendige Sicherheit.

Um lebensbedrohlichen Risiken vorzubeugen wurden die gesetzlichen Auflagen verschärft: Aufstellungsräume, in denen CO2-Flaschen und Getränkebehälter zum Verbrauch angeschlossen sind, müssen abgesichert werden. Ebenso abzusichern sind alle begehbaren Kühlräume.

Stellen Sie Tafelwasser und Schorlen selbst her! Der Hauptbestandteil kommt aus der Trinkwasserleitung. Beim Zapfen wird die benötigte Menge an Trinkwasser frisch aus der Leitung heraus gekühlt, zudem mit CO2-Gas vermischt. Was kostet in Ihrem Lokal eine Schorle? Fangen Sie schon mal an zu rechnen.

Depending on the brewery and bottling, the proportion of carbon dioxide varies. Therefore, it is not worthwhile to purchase mixed gas as a premix, but to adjust the mixing ratio individually. “Standard mixture” might harm the beverage quality if you serve different kinds of beer.

smartSCHANK matic means perfection. The smartSCHANK assistant as basis and centrepiece combines every module of the smartSCHANK product family – from the cellar equipment to the till system. Coffee machines and spirits control can be connected as well as bottle control with weighing units or even table water units. The dispensing control system follows your requirements.

Advantage 1:
Dispense control

On request only visible for the innkeeper, smartSCHANK allows full control without changing the dispensing system or billing.

Advantage 2:
Only booked drinks

Each system can be programmed such way that only booked drinks can be served. The innkeeper decides who and how: with or without key, only the bartender or only the service employee.

No "forgotten" drinks

The control and thus also the serving support can be individualized for each employee, so that booked and not tapped drinks are not “forgotten”.

smartSCHANK matic can be extended with a billing function with various functions. The easiest way is billing via display. The billing can also be printed out with a standard receipt printer. The most convenient way is receving the billing via e-mail.

Optionally, billing can be done with the smartSCHANK monitoring software for PC. It offers additional functions for evaulating and reporting. Reports can be sent via e-mail.
