Store and serve fresh
If beer gets in contact with oxygen, storage time is reduced. Oxygen also spoils fermented drinks. To keep beer fresh even longer it is produced in a protective atmosphere of carbon dioxide (CO2) and is filled in barrels under pressure.
The gas mixer gas supply for beverage dispensing systems generates optimal gas mixtures of CO2 and nitrogen for constant beverage quality.
Depending on the brewery and bottling, the proportion of carbon dioxide varies. Therefore, it is not worthwhile to purchase mixed gas as a premix, but to adjust the mixing ratio individually. Thus, the CO2 level can be optimally adapted to the beverage. Mixed gas is expensive, and: “standard mixture” might harm the beverage quality if you serve different kinds of beer.
The gas mixer gas supply works according to a purely pneumatic principle without the need of a power supply. Pre-set mixtures facilitate handling.
Optionally, the gas mixer gas supply can be connected to the smartSCHANK assistant that displays a message when the bottle is empty.
